This Ethiopian single origin hails from Buku Abel, a standout farm in the West Guji region perched at 2200–2350 masl. Grown by smallholder farmers in Buku village and carefully processed at the Buku washing station, locally developed varieties are handpicked, meticulously sorted, and dried on raised beds to achieve exceptional clarity. The cup delivers bright lemon verbena and chamomile notes alongside a grounding cacao finish—a vibrant expression of West Guji's distinctive character.
