Yeti Bio

Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee from the Wallaga region, harvested in forests near the village of Yeti, was the first coffee sourced and purchased by Christophe Servell in 2009. It opens with an aroma reminiscent of milk chocolate bars, while the palate reveals pastry notes of chocolate and butter blended with almond, bergamot, and a hint of red fruits. The cup is silky and indulgent, roasted to suit both espresso and gentle brewing methods.
