This natural-process lot delivers an elegant and floral cup with sparkling acidity, notes of hibiscus and red apple, and brown sugar sweetness. At 62 years old, Mr. Mengeche brings a lifetime of farming experience to his work alongside four of his twelve children, using natural fertilizers to nourish the soil.
