This honey-processed Bourbon Pimienta from La Esperanza in Huila, Colombia offers an exciting and flavourful cup with notes of candied apples, white grapes, condensed milk, and sweet herbal undertones. Produced by José del Mar Ordoñez—known as Don Aldemar—this lot marks the first Bourbon Pimienta harvest within the Monkaaba group and represents his first opportunity to export a coffee under his own name after years of persistence and experimentation on his farm.
