Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Guji region, specifically the Goro Bedesa village in Hambela Wamena district. The natural process heirloom beans are sourced from 400-600 farms at 2370 meters altitude and processed through a washing station owned by Wete Ambela Coffee Export PLC. A few hours after roasting, the first V60 brew revealed notes of spices, blue and black fruits with a hint of fermentation character.
