Whole beans from Guji in Ethiopia at 2370 meters above sea level, this heirloom natural process coffee comes from the Burtukaana Goro Bedesa lot. A few hours after roasting, the first V60 brew revealed spices, blue and black fruits with a bit of fermentation.
