From second-generation farmer Segundo Alarcon in Peru's Cajamarca region comes a specialty single origin grown across two farms—El Limón at 1,500 masl and La Palma at 1,800 masl. Catuai, Caturra, and Catimor varieties thrive in a diverse agroecosystem alongside fruit trees, reflecting organic farming practices that support both quality and sustainability. From the moderate climate of La Unión emerges a cup that's clean, complex, and full of the terroir that makes Peruvian specialty coffee so sought after.
