Roaster notes

Grown in the highlands of Bensa, Sidama, this coffee represents a convergence of passion and precision. It was produced by Tamiru Tadesse, a former electrical engineer who won Ethiopia’s first Cup of Excellence in 2021 with his debut lot. The natural-processed JARC 74158 is crafted in the village of Alo, where cool air allows fruit intensity to shine. Roasted ultra-light, it offers blackberry and orange brightness, grapefruit acidity, and a tea-like structure that finishes clean and sweet.
