Kenya Thunguri AA
Roaster notes
This coffee comes from the Thunguri wet mill operated by Kibirigwi Farmer Cooperative Society on Mount Kenya's southern slopes at 1800 meters altitude. The cooperative has cultivated coffee since 1953, with farmers hand-picking red, ripe cherries delivered same day for washed processing—fermented, washed and sun-dried before milling at Sangana Coffee Mills. This light-roasted Bourbon variety offers a bright cup characterized by citrus and lemon caramel notes alongside forest berries and blackcurrant.
