La Muralla Collective Washed Gesha Huila, Colombia

This Gesha comes from La Muralla, an informal collective of young coffee producers in San Agustín, Huila. Three neighboring farmers—Hermilda Bolaños, Edwin Astudillo and Ilmer Ivan Gomez—combined their individual harvests at 1,900 metres elevation to create this variety-specific micro-lot. The cup offers jasmine and elderflower leading into pomegranate, goldenberry and blood orange, with ripe peach sweetness emerging as the coffee cools.
