This light-roasted single-origin coffee hails from the Cerrado Mineiro DO region of Brazil at an elevation of 1100 meters. Grown from Catuai varietals and processed using the natural method, it delivers a rich cup characterized by notes of dried cherries, almond, and dark chocolate. The combination of altitude and processing creates a balanced profile with both fruity sweetness and deep cocoa undertones.
