Roaster notes

This coffee comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, featuring mixed heirloom varieties processed using natural methods. Tsedenia and Altayen of Mocca Coffee build connections between roasters, importers and smallholder farmers, ensuring their portfolio consists of fully traceable coffee grown under agroforestry systems and processed in their own dry mills.
