Colombia La Aldea Anaerobic Washed
Roaster notes
This Colombian coffee from La Aldea farm in San Agustin, Huila is grown at 1,850 meters by Wilson, a third-generation farmer who returned to his family's land after studying agricultural education and specialty coffee technification. The washed anaerobic process involves fermenting cherries intact for 48 hours followed by submerged fermentation in sealed tanks, creating a very sweet cup with strong forest and tropical fruit milkshake notes accompanied by floral hints of lavender and mint.
