This single-origin coffee from Fazenda do Cruzeiro in Brazil's Campo das Vertentes region offers a smooth cup layered with cocoa, fresh fruit, creamy peanut butter, and delicate wine-like acidity. Produced by Ivan Junqueira Ribeiro at this historic farm established in 1923, the cherries are harvested only when fully ripe and slowly sun-dried on large cement patios to develop sweetness and clarity. The natural process highlights the inherent character of Yellow Catucai grown at elevations between 905-1160 meters above sea level.
