Sourced from the fertile volcanic slopes at the foot of Mount Kerinci in Sumatra, this coffee is cultivated by the Rukun Saudara Cooperative under the guidance of Abdul Aziz Thohari. The beans undergo a unique lactic natural fermentation process that breaks down mucilage sugars to create a bright and juicy cup profile. Expect vibrant notes of strawberry and pineapple balanced with a pleasant tartness and a distinct punch of red wine.
