This Pink Bourbon Decaf Espresso hails from the Las Flores farm in Huila, Colombia, where the Vergara family has cultivated coffee since 1990. Originally starting with just two hectares, Edilberto and Nubia Vergara expanded their operation to sixteen hectares while earning recognition through participation in the Colombian Cup of Excellence. Today, their five sons continue this legacy, with Jhoan leading innovative processing methods including EA Sugarcane decaffeination and thermal shock treatment for this washed Pink Bourbon grown at 1750 meters above sea level.
