From Hacienda La Esmeralda's El Velo farm in Alto Quiel, Boquete comes a Natural Processed Geisha from the Porton plot at 1700m. Anaerobic fermentation followed by controlled dark room drying yields a softer, cleaner cup with complex fruity notes of grape, red currant, grapefruit, mango and orange alongside floral aromatics. The profile is juicy, smooth and sweet — a coffee that ages well.
