Roaster notes

Named after the Shyira Coffee Washing Station in Nyabihu, Rwanda, this coffee comes from a region celebrated for unique specialty coffees. The washed Red Bourbon beans grow high in the mountains at 1,850 to 2,300 meters above sea level, where heavy cloud cover and rainy seasons have earned Nyabihu its name meaning "place of darkness." Sweet orange, redcurrant, and rooibos notes shine through with a juicy mouthfeel.
