This washed coffee from China Alta in Colombia's Tolima region grows between 1,600–2,000 metres above sea level near Los Nevados Natural Park. Produced by dedicated smallholder farmers cultivating traditional varieties, the volcanic soils and cool high-altitude climate yield coffees with remarkable clarity and structure. The cup offers bright plum notes alongside rich nougat and almond sweetness.
