Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee comes from Finca el Origen, where Austrian farmer Helmut Ulrich cultivates Caturra varietals in the lush mountains of Colombia's Sierra Nevada region near the village of Minca. The washed-process beans develop rich caramel and walnut flavors that reflect the high-altitude terroir at 900-1300 meters elevation. Each bag sold supports reforestation efforts, with a new tree planted for every purchase made.
