Roaster notes

This washed Arabica from Ethiopia's legendary Sidamo region hails from where the arabica tree first grew, at elevations over 2000 meters above sea level. The cup offers rounded citrus tones with berry notes and a fresh floral sensation, supported by a sweetish body that delivers a lively aftertaste. Roasted to City+ (medium-light), it shines beautifully in pour-over while also providing classic aroma and good life in coffee machines or as an exciting espresso shot.
