This coffee comes from the Carrizal community in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region. The local cooperative runs a quality-focused program that identifies lots scoring 86 points or higher from individual communities in the León Cortés area, allowing those communities to decide how premium payments are invested back into their villages—funding roads, clean water storage, and school roof repairs for children.
