This natural process coffee from Brazil comes to us through a partnership with Minasul cooperative. The lot is produced by Afonso Donizetti Silva in Elói Mendes, Minas Gerais, where his family has cultivated coffee since the farm began with just 145 trees under his father Jaci's guidance. Expect rich notes of cacao nibs and hazelnut with a sweet finish in this medium roast offering from elevation 1000-1600m.
