Roaster notes

This medium roast coffee comes from Ethiopia's Doyo region as part of our test roast program—batches we use to perfect flavour profiles before releasing them, or roasts that simply didn't quite meet our standards for regular release. Rather than discard these batches, we offer them at a bargain price so you can still enjoy great Ethiopian coffee while helping us reduce waste. Available only as whole bean in limited quantities, this is not roasted to order and may be up to a month old from the roast date.
