Produced by Neuza Maria and Luiz Claudio as part of the CAFESUL cooperative in Espirito Santo, this natural-processed Conilon coffee was roasted in smaller batches to highlight its fresh character. The result is an unexpectedly refined filter coffee featuring notes of cane sugar, macadamia, and black tea—surprising yet relaxing to enjoy.
