Kenya AA Plus Kijani Kiboko
Roaster notes
This light-roasted Kenya AA Plus Kijani Kiboko hails from the rich volcanic soils of Nyeri and Tharaka Nithi, where carefully selected lots of SL-28, SL-34, Ruiru 11, Batian and K7 varieties are cultivated at elevations between 1,700 and 1,900 meters. The name draws from Swahili words meaning "green" and "hippopotamus," reflecting the lush landscape where ripe red cherries are hand-picked early each morning before being washed and sun-dried on raised beds.
