Sourced from small Rainforest Alliance-certified farms in Colombia’s Huila region, this coffee blends Caturra and Typica varieties into a harmonious cup. The cherries are hand-picked, washed, fermented, and sun-dried on raised beds to preserve quality. The result is a round, balanced profile defined by the rich interplay of dark chocolate and sweet caramel notes.
