This coffee comes from Horst Spitzke's farm near San Cristóbal Verapaz in Guatemala's Cobán region, where the German farmer has grown his own coffee since 1988 on a property nestled in tropical rainforest. Bourbon and Caturra varieties are carefully cultivated alongside orchids, then washed and sun-dried to complete their aroma. The result is a round, balanced cup with floral accents and sweet milk chocolate notes.
