This Ethiopian coffee comes from Danche Washing Station in Gedeb, Gedeo region, where SNAP Coffee works with smallholder farmers growing heirloom varieties at 2,000–2,300 meters above sea level. The natural process uses traditional raised-bed drying to develop a vibrant cup with layered fruit sweetness and floral aromatics. Expect tasting notes of berry jam, violet, and milk chocolate in this organic-certified lot from the Gedeo region.
