Wilson Alba Copa De Oro Competition

Roaster notes

This washed Pink Bourbon from Wilson Alba's Sierra Morena farm in Palestina, Huila is his entry into Osito's Copa De Oro Competition. After transitioning to fruit farming in 2003, Wilson revived the family coffee tradition in 2016 by planting six hectares, producing a cup with jammy blackcurrant and peach notes.
