This coffee was discovered by Papercup owner Graeme during a trip to Spain, where he encountered Passiflora from Marlon Rojas at La Reserva Farm in Huila, Colombia. The semi-washed process with passionfruit co-fermentation creates an intricate cup featuring bright passionfruit and sweet tangerine notes alongside complex florals, finished with a creamy lemon cheesecake undertone.
