Sourced from smallholder farmers in Union Cantinil, this washed coffee blends Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, and Pache varietals grown at high altitudes in Huehuetenango. The cherries are carefully de-pulped, fermented overnight, and sun-dried on rooftops or patios to preserve quality. The resulting cup offers a bright and complex profile with distinct notes of lemon, almond, peach, and toffee.
