This special 'Resolution Intego' anaerobic natural comes from Gasharu washing station in Nyamasheke, Western Rwanda, situated on the shores of Lake Kivu near Nyangwe Forest National Park. This experimental coffee emerged through a series of trials exploring new methods of fermenting naturals to attain distinctive flavours and tastes. The result is a cup with bright lime and kiwi notes alongside dried strawberry sweetness, created through an intentionally crafted fermentation medium that delivers strong body and clear taste for a unique and memorable experience.
