De Hike blends Ethiopian coffee with a small addition of Nicaraguan beans for complementary flavors. This natural-process coffee delivers a pronounced full flavor of peach, red apple, and caramel, alongside characteristic red fruit, floral, and citrus notes from Ethiopia. The body is quite present, resulting from drying the beans with their fruit intact to allow fruity flavors to infuse into the bean.
