Adumu

Roaster notes

Adumu is named after the traditional Masai dance performed when honoring the coming of age of young males, many of whom work and harvest smallholder farms around Mount Kenya. This regional lot has been carefully hand-selected during harvest to ensure only the very best cherries are delivered to wet mills where processing is closely supervised before slow sun drying on African beds. The Omni light-medium roast offers smooth, well-balanced acidity with notes of cola, milk chocolate, and late summer red berries.
