In Costa Rica's Brunca region at 1,890 meters altitude, the Acuña family has cultivated specialty coffee for three generations on Finca El Aguacate through their Marespi Coffee project. Volcanic soils and the cool influence of nearby Cerro Chirripó create a unique terroir that yields an elegant cup with floral and citrusy aromatics, notes of purple grape, chamomile, and caramel, supported by balanced body and pleasant citric acidity.
