Roaster notes

This single-origin coffee comes from Fincas del Putushio, a new planting developed by Jose Jijon alongside his father Pepe in Ecuador. Drawing on knowledge gained while developing Finca El Soledad, they adapted their approach to this high-elevation farm in a different region. The result is a tremendously clean and elegant cup that reflects the care and learning invested throughout its production.
