Sourced from the Sheka Forest Biosphere Reserve in Ethiopia, this decaffeinated coffee is grown by local farmers who navigate challenging terrain and heavy rains to harvest heirloom varieties. The beans are processed using a natural sugarcane method that preserves their unique character while removing caffeine. Roasted medium-dark, it offers a full-bodied cup suitable for both filter brewing and espresso preparation.
