Yiver Vargas is a community leader and producer committed to fighting for gender equality and empowering women in rural communities. Her coffee is grown under the shade of sugarcane, avocado, and banana trees at Finca Santa Lucia. This Pink Bourbon micro-lot resulted from experiments Yiver and her family are carrying out, featuring notes of apple cider, grape, and cacao nibs.
