This natural-process coffee comes from 33 smallholder farms in the Okoluu cooperation of Ethiopia's Guji region. Grown at 2000-2150 meters, mixed heirloom varieties are hand-picked and dried on raised beds for two to three weeks. The cup reveals a sweet, floral character with notes of Earl Grey tea, honeycomb, and milk chocolate.
