Fruit Punch introduces you to Hendra Maulizar's natural anaerobic lot from Aceh, Sumatra. Through precise fermentation—24 hours in sealed bags followed by 96 hours in blue barrels—the coffee develops intensified fruit notes of raspberry compote, guava and blueberry. Hendra is a pioneer in Indonesian specialty coffee processing who has expanded his farm from one to ten hectares alongside his father.
