This Ethiopian single-origin coffee hails from the Limu area of the Kaffa region, where heirloom varieties grow at elevations above 1600 meters. Lightly roasted to preserve its delicate character, it delivers a bright cup with floral jasmine notes, citrusy bergamot, and hints of cocoa alongside red berry sweetness. The washed processing yields a clean finish that lets the natural flavors shine through.
