Doña Carmen Campos Arce has farmed Montes de Cristo for over a decade, with income that enabled her three daughters to complete school and develop careers. This less-than-three-hectare farm produces around twenty 69kg bags annually—all picked, processed, and sun-dried by hand. The highly diversified property grows orchids, succulents, and stone fruit alongside the coffee.
