Finca El Arcangel

Roaster notes

Finca El Arcangel is one of the farms owned by the Rodríguez family in Bolivia. Planted with Red Caturra and Yellow Caturra varieties in 2015, it uses an adaptation of the esqueleto pruning method—taking trees down to their bare bones at heights of 1.6 to 1.8 meters. This approach means no production for a year while new branches develop, but can double future yields.
