Roaster notes

René and Nicolasa Mamani are originally from Escoma in La Paz. Inspired by his sister-in-law Juana's Cup of Excellence win in 2007, René moved to Uchumachi, Caranavi with Nicolasa in 2009, where they purchased a 14-hectare farm and learned coffee agriculture from their extended family. They have been members of Agricafe's Sol de la Mañana program since its beginning, with René handling field activities while Nicolasa focuses on post-harvest processing.
