Roaster notes

This coffee comes from Cooperativa Incahuasi in the Cusco region of Southeastern Peru. The cooperative produces 15,000 quintals annually, most processed using the Traditional Washed method. Claudio Ortiz has managed sales and exports for twenty-one years, bringing deep knowledge of the region's coffee that only time can develop.
