Sourced from the heart of Tarrazu in Santa Maria de Dota, this coffee is produced by Coope Dota, a cooperative established in 1960 that represents nearly 1,100 growers. The organization holds the distinction of being the first coffee processor globally certified as carbon neutral, achieving this status through sustainable practices like using parchment to fuel driers and producing rich compost from coffee waste.
