Wubita Queen hails from Gedeb, Ethiopia, produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee under Wubit Bekele—a pioneer in women's leadership and sustainable development. This anaerobic natural process coffee was fermented for nine days then dried on raised beds, creating a bright, fruit-forward cup where blueberry, raspberry, bergamot, and vanilla dance with creamy cacao notes. Round-bodied with low to medium acidity, it celebrates Ethiopian craftsmanship at its most expressive.
