Finca Milán is a family farm nestled in the green hills of Pereira, Colombia, where Julio César Madrid and his team pioneer post-harvest innovation through controlled co-fermentations. Their "NG" (Nitro-Gas) process introduces nitrogen during fermentation, creating an oxygen-free environment that enhances clarity while amplifying fruity expression. The result is a coffee bursting with bright notes of watermelon, melon, and hibiscus—funky yet balanced, elegant and structured throughout the cup.
