The "NG" (Nitro-Gas) process introduces nitrogen during co-fermentation, creating an oxygen-free environment that enhances clarity while boosting fruit expression. The result is a coffee bursting with vivid melon and watermelon notes alongside hibiscus, yet remaining elegant and structured—a perfect example of how science can push boundaries without compromising precision and balance.
