Dark-roasted (3/5) coffee from India. After picking and drying, the raw beans are exposed to monsoon winds in storage buildings that are open from both ends. For 2-3 months the beans absorb moisture from the monsoon winds, resulting in large, golden beans with considerably less acidity and more depth.
